For cable TV:

- From your PayXpress dashboard, click the Cable TV tab from the left-hand corner of the screen

- Select the Cable TV option of your choice e.g., DSTV, GoTV, StarTimes etc.

- Proceed to fill in your details (SmartCard Number, Select Package (Amount), Number of Months, Email Address. and click proceed

For electricity bill:

- From your PayXpress dashboard, click the Electricity tab from the left-hand corner of the screen

- Select the Electricity provider option of your choice e.g., EKDC, AEDC, KEDCO etc.

- Proceed to fill in your details (SmartCard Number, Select Package (Amount), Number of Months, Email Address, and click proceed

- Select your contract type - prepaid or postpaid and enter your meter number.

- If prepaid, enter the amount you wish to top up. If postpaid, enter your account number and the amount of your bill.

- Input your phone number and email address and hit the submit button.

- Enter your credit card details

- Confirm your order summary

- In less than 10 seconds, a token is generated.

- Enter this token directly on your prepaid or postpaid electricity meter.

- Complete the payment with your debit card or your bank account on our secure payment platform.
