In this week's article, we went out to get feedback from one of our Xpress Payments POS operators, also known as Xpress Agent on customers' response to her services, and here is a summary of her response.

“As an Xpress Agent, it is such a great delight to add so much value to people and be rewarded in return. Every day, I get to meet new people and provide a variety of services to them and their businesses. However, very few people are aware of the other services I provide aside from helping people withdraw cash. I relieve them of the burden of going to queue at the bank just to make basic transactions.

So, I hope to use this opportunity to better inform you and many others who may need my service but are unaware of the other solutions I provide as an Xpress agent. Like the lesson from the famous proverbs, it would be a failure to be dying of thirst when you are knee-deep in a river.

Cash deposit

Yes, as an agent, I get to make cash deposits for you, to any account or bank you want. If you have a business with daily income but cannot deposit into the bank because of banks’ limited working hours, this service will help to close this gap and save you from theft or unplanned spending because you were keeping too much cash.

Why are you still worried about getting a data subscription when you have an Xpress agent nearby? You can have an account with me, and I will make subscriptions for your internet service on a regular agreed-upon basis, or whenever you request it, no matter where you are.

Cash withdrawal

This is perhaps the most popular service a POS operator is known for. This service has reduced the stress of most people both in the city and rural community. It has helped to serve the unbanked in the country more than any other service.

Fund transfer

Similar to cash deposit. I also help you make transfers into other bank accounts, instead of going to queue in the bank, especially when you need to send urgent financial support to your friends, family, customers, vendors, or business partners.

Airtime top-up

This should be the least of what you worry about with the many ways available for recharging your phone. As an Xpress agent, I can recharge your phone whenever you want and with any amount you want. We can have a recurring recharge agreement or request anywhere you are whenever you need it. While others might be complaining of having no network to recharge from their bank, you are immune from such challenges with an Xpress agent.

Bill payments

And for any other bill payments, such as cable TV subscriptions, PHCN (NEPA) bills, and so on, we are more than ready and available to provide you with the needed solution to make your life and business easier.”
